This measure (Notification No.3/2016) provides the import prohibition on the chemical which are banned and restricted by the section 5, sub-section (h) of Prevention of Hazard from Chemical and Related Substance Law. The listed chemical in the Notification No. 3/2016 are not allowed to import into the territory of Myanmar to anyone. The objective of this measure is to protect from being damaged the natural environment resources and being hazardous any beings by chemical and related substances. |
