Labelling Requirement on Exporting Fertilizer This measure (Chapter 5, Article 9, c) provides for the labeling requirement for the product before exporting. The registration certificate holder shall perform in accordance with the stipulations the quality assurance, label and specifications. The objectives are to enable supporting the development of agricultural sector which is the basic economy of the State, to enable supervision and control the fertilizer business systematically, to enable growers to use fertilizer of quality in conformity with the specifications and to support the conservation of soil and environment by utilizing suitable fertilizer.
Product Quality, Safety Requirement on Exporting Fertilizer This measure (Chapter 5, Article 9, c) provides for the quality and safety requirement of the final product. The registration certificate holder shall perform in accordance with the stipulations the quality assurance, label and specifications. The objectives are to enable supporting the development of agricultural sector which is the basic economy of the State, to enable supervision and control the fertilizer business systematically, to enable growers to use fertilizer of quality in conformity with the specifications and to support the conservation of soil and environment by utilizing suitable fertilizer.
Inspection Requirement on Exporting Fertilizer This measure (Chapter 5, Article 9, d) provides for the product inspection requirement by the exporting country. The registration certificate holder shall submit to the inspection of the relevant manager and inspectors when they come for inspection. The objectives are to enable supporting the development of agricultural sector which is the basic economy of the State, to enable supervision and control the fertilizer business systematically, to enable growers to use fertilizer of quality in conformity with the specifications and to support the conservation of soil and environment by utilizing suitable fertilizer.
Export Charges Levied on Fertilizer This measure (Chapter 5, Article 12) provides for the additional charges levied on exported goods. The registration certificate holder shall subscribe the registration fees, renewal fees for registration certificate and laboratory analysis fees to the Myanmar Agriculture Service in the prescribed manner. The objectives are to enable supporting the development of agricultural sector which is the basic economy of the State, to enable supervision and control the fertilizer business systematically, to enable growers to use fertilizer of quality in conformity with the specifications and to support the conservation of soil and environment by utilizing suitable fertilizer.
Testing Requirement on Importing Fertilizer This measure (Article 28, a) provides for the requirement for products to be tested against a given regulation. In order to inspect the quality of the imported fertilizer, on arrival, the inspector shall be permitted to draw the specified quantity or weight of sample according to the specified sampling method free of charge. The objectives are to enable supporting the development of agricultural sector which is the basic economy of the State, to enable supervision and control the fertilizer business systematically, to enable growers to use fertilizer of quality in conformity with the specifications and to support the conservation of soil and environment by utilizing suitable fertilizer.
TBT Regulations on Transport and Storage on Imported Fertilizer This measure (Article 28, b) provides for the requirement on certain condition under which products should be stored and/or transported. As a fertilizer importer, the handing, transportation and storage of fertilizer shall be made according to the safety guidelines issued by the Fertilizer Committee. The objectives are to enable supporting the development of agricultural sector which is the basic economy of the State, to enable supervision and control the fertilizer business systematically, to enable growers to use fertilizer of quality in conformity with the specifications and to support the conservation of soil and environment by utilizing suitable fertilizer.
Distribution of Fertilizer after Delivery This measure (Article 28, c) provides for the requirement on the disclosure of information on the goods. As a fertilizer importer, fertilizer shall be distributed and only to licensed sellers and the sale vouchers shall be kept and sales register for different fertilizer shall also be maintained. The objectives are to enable supporting the development of agricultural sector which is the basic economy of the State, to enable supervision and control the fertilizer business systematically, to enable growers to use fertilizer of quality in conformity with the specifications and to support the conservation of soil and environment by utilizing suitable fertilizer.
Authorization Requirement for Importing Ozone Depleting Substances This measure (Chapter 2, Article 3) provides for the authorization requirement for the importing products. Any person or organization who wishes to import the ozone depleting substance or designed product for use of ozone depleting substance shall apply for the Ministry of Environmental Conservation and Forestry in accord with stipulations for the necessary endorsement. The objectives are to reclaim ecosystems as may be possible which are starting to degenerate and disappear, to enable to manage and implement for decrease and loss of natural resources and for enabling the sustainable use beneficially.

Global Allocation on Importing Ozone Depleting Substances This measure (Chapter 2, Article 10) provides for the permanent quotas. The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation shall impose the quota to the registration certificate holders to issue the endorsement for the import of Ozone depleting substances. The objectives are to reclaim ecosystems as may be possible which are starting to degenerate and disappear, to enable to manage and implement for decrease and loss of natural resources and for enabling the sustainable use beneficially.
Traceability Requirement of Ozone Depleting Substances This measure (Chapter 2, Article 11 and Chapter 5, Article 21) provides for the requirement on disclosure of information for the products. Anyone who import the ozone depleting substance or the designed product for use of ozone depleting substance shall report annually on his business relating to actual import with the statistics to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation. The objectives are to reclaim ecosystems as may be possible which are starting to degenerate and disappear, to enable to manage and implement for decrease and loss of natural resources and for enabling the sustainable use beneficially.

Authorization Requirement for Import of Chemical and Related Substances This measure (Chapter 14, Article 45) provides for the authorization requirement from the relevant agency before importing the product. A licence holder acquire the recommendation of the Central Supervisory Board and shall apply to the respective Department and Organization if he wants to import the chemical and related substances. The objectives are to protect from being damaged the natural environment resources and being hazardous any living beings by chemical and related substances, to perform the sustainable development for the occupational safety, health and environmental conservation.
