MFN Tariffs and Harmonized Tariff Schedule of FTA

The Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System, referred to as the “Harmonized System” or “HS”, is a six digit code comprising about 5000 commodity groups. It is used by more than 200 countries and economies around the world as the basis for their customs tariffs. The HS is administered by the World Customs Organization (WCO) and is revised about every five years. The current version was promulgated in 2012. For a copy of the HS, click here.
