Authorization Requirement for the Seed Exporter with Technical Reasons
| Description | This measure (Chapter 4, Para 31) provides a requirement to obtain a permit to export. A person who has obtained the seed business license shall apply the export recommendation to the Technical Seed Committee. The objective is to assist the development of agricultural sector of the State by cultivating and producing crops using pure seed. |
