Procedure for Obtaining Export Recommendation Letter for Seed

 Step 1
Any person who want to export the seed shall do account registration on website (mairs.doa.gov.mm) under Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation, Department of Agriculture. And then, the application form shall be filled on website (mairs.doa.gov.mm) along with invoice below mentioned. Exporter can apply seed export recommendation for the varieties being issued recognition certificate and seed business license.  According to Procedures Relating to the Seed Law (2016), Form 12, the supporting documents is-

• 1.    Proforma Invoice

 Step 2
The application form on mairs.doa.gov.mm shall be checked for the completeness. If it is not complete, the notification for modification will be sent to the applicant to be able to correct and resubmit the form.

Step 3
The information filled on the application are correct and complete, the seed export recommendation letter will be issued on mairs.doa.gov.mm.
