Distribution of Pesticide after Delivery

Description This measure (Article 30, c) provides for the requirement on the disclosure of information on the goods. As a pesticide importer, pesticides shall be distributed and only to licensed sellers and the sale vouchers shall be kept and sales register for different pesticides shall also be maintained. The objective is for the safety from the hazard of pesticide to the consumer and environment.
Comments Procedures Relating to the Pesticide Law is issued by the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation. This measure is subject to change as the conditions in the country changed.
