| Description | This measure (Chapter 3, Para 4, a) provides for the requirement to obtain the authorization from the relevant agency for product importing. Plant, plant product, pest, beneficial organism or soil shall be imported by a person on application for an import certificate from the Myanmar Agriculture Service before obtaining license or permit from the department or organization concerned. The objectives of this measure are to protect human life and health and protect the natural environment. |
