Application for a Licence to Use, Produce, Storage, Distribute or Sell Radioactive Material or Irradiation Appraatus at DAE (DAE-3)
The exporter who has received the registration certificate must have the business of utilizing, producing, storing, distributing or selling radioactive material or irradiation apparatus. If not, the exporter is required to apply to the Department of Atomic Energy with this application form (DAE-3) in order to obtain the license.
