Conformity Assessment Related to TBT on Pesticides
Description | This measure (Chapter 4, Para 14) provides the requirement for verification that a given TBT requirement has been met. An applicant for each kind of pesticide registration shall send to the Registration Board the application together with the sample of chemically analyzed prepared mixture of pesticide or toxic substance in prescribed quantity and weight, and instruction for use. The objective is for the safety from the hazard of pesticide to the consumer and environment. |
