Export Charges/Fees Levied in Connection to Services Provides on Plants or Plant Products

Description The measure (Chapter 3, Para 5) provides the requirement of the charges on the services rendered. A person who has been permitted to export plant or plant product, if desirous of obtaining phytosanitary certificate or disinfestations or disinfection treatment may apply to the Myanmar Agriculture Service after payment of the prescribed fees. The objectives of this measure are to protect human life and health and protect the natural environment.
Comments Plant Pest Quarantine Law 1993 is issued by the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation. This measure is subject to change as the conditions in the country changed.
