Authorization Requirement for Importing Biodiversity Species
| Description | This measure (Chapter 5, Article 23, b) provides the authorization requirement to import the product. The Director General may, with the approval of the Ministry, endorse for import, export or re-export of animals or plants regulated for international trade or any parts, derivatives or products thereof. Therefore, a person who wants to import those products shall apply the export recommendation to the Forest Department. The objective is to control the trading of wild animals, wild plants, derivatives or plants. |
