Authorization Requirement for Importing Impacted Material on Environment

Description This measure (Chapter 12, Article 30) provides for the authorization requirement for the importing of products from the relevant agency. No one shall, without permission of the Ministry, import, produce, store, carry or trade any material which causes impact on the environment prohibited the Ministry. The objectives are to enable to emerge a healthy and clean environment and to enable to conserve natural and cultural heritage for the benefit of present and future generations, to reclaim ecosystems as may be possible which are starting to degenerate and disappear, to enable to manage and implement for decrease and loss of natural resources and for enabling the sustainable beneficially.
Comments The Environmental Conservation Law is issued by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation. This measure may be changed according to the country’s condition.
