In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 38(b) of the National Food Law, Myanmar Food and Drug Board of Authority (FDA) issued the Notification No. 1/2024 on 4 March 2024. This notification provides the information to apply registration at the Department of Food and Drag Administration (FDA) for application to produce the controlled food, branded bottled drinking water or branded edible oils in accordance with the notification number (524/2021).
