In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 13 (b) of Export Import Law, the Ministry of Commerce issued the Notification No.51/2020 concerning the list of tariff lines that are subject to export license , dated 8^th July 2020. This notification will come into effect on 1^st August 2020. This Notification No.51/2020 prevails over the Notification No.9/2018. The list of tariff lines at the HS 10-digit level that are subject to export license are provided in the annex of this Notification.
