The Government of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar  has authorized to the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation to issue the related orders such as Order of prohibition, Order of regulation and supervision regarding killing, catching, causing to work, breeding, importing, exporting, trading, storing, transporting, distributing, utilizing, and consuming any kind of animals in accordance with the Article 4 (b) of The Important Goods and Services Act (13/2012). This Notification shall prevail over the Notification No.221 issued by the Department of Agriculture and Forest, dated 21^st September 1966.
