The Minister’s Office of the Ministry of Planning and Finance has issued the Notification No.64/2019 (Procedures of levying tax during the transaction period due to the change in the Government’s fiscal year) by exercising the power of authorization in accordance with the Article 40 of the Union Tax Law on 5^th August 2019.

All taxpayers, except state-owned enterprises, shall be levied in accordance with the procedures in this notification between 1st April 2019 and 30^th September 2019.
