By exercising the power of authorization in accordance with the Article 13 (b) of the Export/Import Law, Ministry of Commerce has issued this Notification No. 24/2019 on 6^th June 2019. Foreign companies and JV companies are allowed to export (7) categories of local products after obtaining the export license and the recommendation letters from the relevant authorities.

Export items which are not required to  obtain  export licenses need to follow the specific procedures prescribed for exportation.

The objectives of this measure are to increase productivity, to improve access to foreign market and to help producers get higher market price.
