Directive No.8/2018 (Amending the Technical Regulation for Export and Import Fishery Products)
According to the Article of Myanmar Marine Fisheries Law, Director General of the Department of Fisheries, Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation has issued this Directive No.8/2018 (Amending the Technical Regulation for Export and Import Fishery Products). Therefore, any person who wants to import or export the fishery products shall abide by these technical regulations since 1st April, 2019 and Directive No.2/2015 will be prevailed by this Directive on that date.
