Ministry of Commerce issued the regulations for the Self Certification System with this notification by applying the Article 14 (a) of Export/ Import Law. There are four chapters such as Applying the Certified Exporter, Issuing the Certified Exporter Registration, Declaring the Rules of Origin and Miscellaneous.
