Notification No. 85/2016 (HS lines for Medical Device and Construction Materials for JV)
Ministry of Commerce allowed the foreign joint venture companies to trade the fertilizer, seed, pesticide and medical device as per the notification no. 96/2015 and the construction materials as per notification no. 56/2016. With the purpose of trade facilitation, HS Code for medical devices and construction materials in HS 2012 version are issued with this notification.
