Myanmar Trade Repository
The trade repository for Myanmar is a collection of Myanmar’s customs and trade laws and regulations and related information. For additional information on this website, please refer to the Guide to Import ,Guide to Export and the commodity search function.
The ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA), Article 13, requires the establishment of a website containing all the customs and trade laws of ASEAN members. This information includes:
(i) tariff nomenclature used;
(ii) MFN tariffs and preferential tariffs under ATIGA and other relevant preferential agreements;
(iii) rules of origin;
(iv) non-tariff measures;
(v) national trade and customs laws and rules;
(vi) procedures and documentary requirements;
(vii) administrative rulings;
(viii) best practices in trade facilitation; and
(ix) list of authorized traders of member states.
Myanmar’s Trade Repository is the national version of the ASEAN Trade Repository.
