Authorization Requirement for Exportation Certain Products	P. EXPORT RELATED MEASURES	This measure (Notification No. 60/2017) provides the requirement to get the authorization from the relevant agency. Anyone who wants to export this item, if necessary, needs to get recommendation letter or registration from the relevant ministries or departments according to their existing regulations even though this item does not require the export license. Authorization Requirement to Export for Food	P. EXPORT RELATED MEASURES	This measure (Chapter 10, Para 24 and 25) provides the requirement to get the authorization from the relevant agency for the product exporting. No one shall export controlled food produced without a license and no one who exports food shall fail to abide by the order, directive and conditions issued by the relevant agency. The objectives of the measure are to enable the public to consume food of genuine quality, free from danger and hygienic, to prevent the public from consuming food that may cause danger or are injurious to health, to supervise production of controlled food systemically, to control and regulate the production, import, export, storage, distribution and sale of food systematically.
