| Description | The measure provides (Chapter 4, Para 19,c and f) provides the pre - export requirement for the product. A person who has obtained the export permit shall submit the indent, manifest, invoice, bill of lading and copies of other necessary supporting documents to the Supervisory Committee for Controlled Precursor Chemical before exporting. The objective of this measure is to control the drug abuse. |
