Traceability Requirement for the Controlled Precursor Chemical

Description The measure (Chapter 4, Para 9) provides the traceability requirement on the import commodity. A person who has obtained import permit shall submit in advance the indent, manifest, invoice, bill of lading and copies of other necessary supporting documents to the Supervisory Committee for Controlled Precursor Chemical as soon as possible before importing. The objective of this measure is to control the drug abuse.
Comments Notification No. 3/2004 is issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs. This measure is subject to change as the conditions in the country changed.
