Certificate Requirement by the Exporting Country for Controlled Precursor Chemical

Description This measure (Chapter 4, Para 22,a,3) provides the requirement to obtain the certificate before the goods are exported. A person who export the controlled precursor chemical to abroad shall submit the Pre-shipment Inspection Certificate recognized internationally to the Custom Department. The objective of this measure is to control the drug abuse.
Comments Notification No. 3/2004 is issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs. This measure is subject to change as the conditions in the country changed.
