| Description | This measure (Chapter 4, para 16, 17, 19 (a)) Provides the requirement to obtain the recommendation for the export of controlled precursor. A person who wants to export this commodity must apply the recommendation from the Supervisory Committee for Controlled Precursor. The objective of this measure is to control the drug abuse. |
