| Description | This measure (Chapter 5, para 24,25,26 and Chapter 7) provides the requirement to apply the transportation and storing permit at the relevant agency. The person who wants to transport and store the controlled precursor chemical have to apply for the corresponding permit at the Supervisory Committee for Controlled Precursor Chemicals or at the relevant state, divisional, district or town committee for drug abuse control. The objective of this measure is to control the drug abuse. |
