Forest Department shall use the competitive bidding system.if the extraction is on a commercial scale. However, the extraction of forest produce and sales in and outside the country are carried out as a State-owned enterprise. The objective is to protect the environment.Therefore, MTE is only responsible for the extraction, processing, selling. |
