Inspection Requirement on Exporting Chemical and Related Substances

Description This measure (Chapter 5, Article 24, q) provides for the product inspection requirement by the exporting country. A license holder shall allow the Boards of Inspection to enter and inspect at any place concerning with the chemical and related substances business and assist for requirements. The objectives are to protect from being damaged the natural environment resources and being hazardous any living beings by chemical and related substances, to perform the sustainable development for the occupational safety, health and environmental conservation.
Comments Prevention of Hazard from Chemical and Related Substances Rules 2016 is issued by the Ministry of Industry. This measure may be changed by the country’s condition.
