Licensing for chemical and relating substances Importing

Description This measure (Chapter 14, Article 45) provides for the licensing requirement from the relevant agency before importing the product. A person who has obtained license acquire the recommendation of the Central Supervisory Board and shall apply to the respective Department and Organization if he wants to import the chemical and related substances. The objectives are to protect from being damaged the natural environment resources and being hazardous any living beings by chemical and related substances, to perform the sustainable development for the occupational safety, health and environmental conservation.
Comments Prevention of Hazard from Chemical and Related Substances Law 2013 is issued by the Ministry of Industry. This measure may be cancelled according to the country’s economic condition.
