In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 204(b) of the Sea Customs Acts, the Department of Customs, Ministry of Planning and Finance issued the Notification No. 90/2024 on 27 December 2024. This notification provides for the announcement to levy taxes on imported and exported goods based on the weekly foreign exchange rate the market.
