In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 5(h) and 47(b) of the Prevention of Hazard from Chemical and Related Substances Rules, the Central Leading Board of Prevention of Hazard from Chemical and Related Substances issued the Notification No. 1/2024 on 31 May 2024. This notification provides to exclude Ethylene Oxide in the list of restricted chemicals which mentioned in sub-para (C-14) in notification number 3/2016 issued on 30-6-2016.
