Notification No.(74/2023) concerning the Promulgation of Procedures for Cross-Border Transportation of Hazardous Wastes and Other Wastes
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 7(k) and Article 42(b) of the Environmental Conservation Law, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation issued the Notification No. 74/2023 on 7 June 2023.
