Notification No.40/2023 concerning the amendment of procedures for taking action against the importation of goods imported from abroad country.
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 204(b) of the Sea Customs Law, the Ministry of Planning and Finance issued the Notification No. 40/2023 on 9 June 2023. This notification provides the amendment of procedures for taking action against the importation of goods prior to get import License and different items with License.
