In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 37 of the Taxation Law, the Ministry of Union Government Office issued the Notification No. 4/2023 on 8 May 2023. This notification provides for the exemption of commercial tax for importation domestic production and domestic sales of the Battery Electric Vehicles and its spare parts.
