The Union Government issued Notification No.34/2019 on 22nd May 2019. This notification provides that the Ministry of Agriculture, livestock and Veterinary is the competent authority to issue notifications, directives relating to the animals which prescribe as essential product in accordance with the article 4 (b) of the Essential Supplies and Service Law.
