Notification No.690/2020 concerning the list of endangered wild animals
The Forest Department under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation issued the Notification No.690/2020 on 4th May 2020 to declare the list of endangered wild animals that need to be protected.
The notification declares the following three categories of endangered wild animals:
- Completely protected species of wild animals
- Normally protected species of wild animals
- Seasonally protected species of wild animals
