In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 13 (b) of Chapter (VI) of the Export and Import Law (2012) of Myanmar, Ministry of Commerce issued this Notification No. 36/2020 to allow importation of Used Machine by Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) including Production Enterprises during 2020. The procedures for the importation of the Used Machine are also provided in this Notification. Importation of the Used Machine has been allowed since 2015 for improving productivity and preventing environmental degradation and pollution.*
