Notification No. 69/2015 (Import Negative List)
According to the WTO's Agreement on Import Licensing Procedures and ASEAN's commitments, Ministry of Commerce issued the negative list which include commodities (4405) lines required to apply import license in HS 2012 version. This notification prevails over the Notification No. 61/2017.
