According to the Republic of the Union of Myanmar Notification No 94/2018 on 31-8-2018, Ministry of Commerce issued this Notification. The Ministry of Commerce has prohibited the multi level marketing with this notification. If implementing the multi level marketing is inspected, it will be acted by the Article 5 of Special Goods and Services Law.
