Notification No. 3/2011( Amending the Import Prohibition List)
Ministry of Commerce amended the Import Prohibition List as below-
a. Chewing Gum
b. Cake
c. Wafer
d. Chocolate
e. Alcohol
f. Beer
g. Cigar
h. The restricted commodities as per the existing law
The import prohibited list may be changed according to the local market requirement. This notification will prevail over Notification No. 9/99 and 2/2000.
