Notification No. 96/2015 (Permission the Joint Venture Trading)
According to the international trade procedures, WTO regulations and increasing of foreign investment in the current economic revolution, fertilizer, seed, pesticide, medical device are allowed for trade to the foreign joint venture companies with the purpose of trade development. The allowed commodities list may be changed as needed.
