Notification No. 63/2017 (HS Lines for Consturction Material for Foreign and JV Companies)
In order to be right in category, quality and price on the imported construction materials and to be the fair competition within the market, the HS code which are allowed to the foreign joint venture companies for importing had been issued with the Notification No. 85/2016 on 20th December, 2016. The additional HS 38 lines which haven’t included yet in the previous list are allowed for importing to the foreign and foreign joint venture companies with this notification. The allowed HS Code line may be changed as needed.
