Notification No. 56/2016 (Permitting the JV to Trade the Construction Materials)
The foreign joint venture companies are allowed to trade the construction material with the purpose of better quality construction material can be used in the local construction, in the situation of increasing foreign investment and doing business according to the economic revolution, with this notification issued by the Ministry of Commerce. The foreign joint venture companies shall comply with the issued procedures and regulations with this notification.
