Application for Licence for Distribution and Sale of Fertilizer (Form 15)
A person desirous of engaging in distribution and sale of fertilizer exceeding the prescribed weight by the Fertilizer Committee shall apply to the respective State or Division Manager on Form 15 duly filled.
