In order to trade facilitation and comply with the law in trading, Ministry of Commerce issues this notification by announcing the export/ import licenses will be issued without inspection the price of goods but only with value mentioning in the invoice and sale contract. In applying the export/ import license, the following documents will be submitted-
a. Online application of the export/ import license (affixing the 600 kyats stamp)
b. Original invoice
c. Original sale contract
d. The commitment on the invoice and sale contract
e. The recommendation for the relevant agency (for the goods which needs the recommendation from the relevant agency for the export/import)
