| Description | This measure (Chapter 4, Para 19,c and f) provides the requirement to obtain a permit to export the product. A person who has obtained the export permit shall submit the indent, manifest, invoice, bill of lading and copies of other necessary supporting documents in advance to the Supervisory Committee for Controlled Precursor Chemical as soon as possible before carrying out the export. The objective of this measure is to control the drug abuse. |
