Description | Step 1 Exporter, who wants to export the controlled precursor chemicals, needs to get the recommendation letter from the Supervisory Committee for Controlled Precursor Chemical- SCCPC of Central Committee for Drug Abuse Control- CCDAC. The applicant needs to obtain Form (7) and submits the form along with the supporting documents including:
Step 2 SCCPC processes the applications in accord with the Rules relating to the Supervision of Controlled Precursor Chemicals. The SCCPC will send the reject letter for the incomplete and incorrect documents to the exporter to conduct correction and resubmitting of the documents. Step 3 If the submitted documents are complete and correct, the SCCPC will forward the case to the relevant State, Division, District and Township Committee of Drug Abuse Control Inspection Team for the chemical inspection purpose. Step 4 When the result is passed according to the result of survey, the SCCPC issues the Form (8) called export recommendation letter. The exporter shall collect the recommendation letter from the SCCPC and proceed to apply for export permit license at the Export/Import Business Division under the Ministry of Commerce. If the result is failed, the SCCPC will send letter of rejection with reason to the exporter. Step 5 The exporter shall submit the following documents to the SCCPC before the exportation of the goods.
Step 6 Exporter shall submit Customs Declaration Forms that include detailed information such as:
Step 7 For the complete and correct application and successful lab test, the SCCPC issues the result to the Drug Agency as well as to the company from the respective exporting country. The Drug Agency will send the result to exporter. And The exporter will communicate with the company from the respective exporting country for exportation. For the incomplete and failed lab test, the SCCPC will send the reject letter with reason to the exporter. The overall application process may take from (2) to (4) weeks. No charges shall be applied to the exporter. Note: The exporters must comply with the following procedures while exporting the controlled precursor chemical.
