The ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA), Article 13, requires the establishment of a website containing all the customs and trade laws of ASEAN members. This information includes:
(i) tariff nomenclature used;
(ii) MFN tariffs and preferential tariffs under ATIGA and other relevant preferential agreements;
(iii) rules of origin;
(iv) non-tariff measures;
(v) national trade and customs laws and rules;
(vi) procedures and documentary requirements;
(vii) administrative rulings;
(viii) best practices in trade facilitation; and
(ix) list of authorized traders of member states.
Myanmar’s Trade Repository is the national version of the ASEAN Trade Repository.
