Ministry of Commerce issued Notification No. 16/2013 and 33/2013 for the export commodities 152 lines and import commodities 166 lines which are not needed to apply export or import license not only by the importer and exporter but also by the government agencies. For more facilitation, the commodities are needed to issue in HS lines. Therefore, those export commodities 152 lines are issued in HS Code and the total lines are 983 lines in HS 2012 version. Except those 983 lines, the other lines will be needed to apply the export license. This Notification No.9/2018 prevails over the Notification No.60/2017.
